RARE Vintage Stanley 150 TH Anniversary Locking Pliers Fitted Walnut Case Vise

Up for sale is this unusual Stanley Set Of Locking Pliers in fitted Solid Walnut Case !. I’m not sure if this was put out for the 150 TH Anniversary in 1993..It comes from the estate of a long time Stanley Factory Employee / Collector. It was found with many other 150 TH Anniversary items. Perhaps a store  / trade show display ?? I could not find any info on this set. Please view the photos and judge for yourself. No matter what , it’s beautiful and impressive !.. Generally in very good condition. Some of those small rods have rusted from sitting.As found in the estate.
