This lock can be used to strap or secure a  bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, stroller, handcart or any other equipment to a non-movable objects or to the bike rack. Very tough PVC wire with vinyl coating helps to provide maximum anti theft protection and prevent from scratching any painted surfaces of your bike frame or rims. The lock can be locked without a key by pushing a locking tab inside the housing of the locking mechanism, spring loaded mechanism inside the lock cylinder always pushing the  key into locking position. The key cannot be removed unless the key barrel is in locking position, those features make this lock easy to use in low light environment. Lock parts are weather proof and can be used in any weather conditions.
