Listing is for a Comfortmaker FXM4X 3 TON ECM 5-Speed Multi-Position Air Handler Fan Coil model: FXM4X3600AL.
This comes new out of the box and it has never been installed. The box for this unit got wet and was thrown away. The water left some light oxidation on the unfinished metal parts on the bottom of the cabinet (mainly the track that holds the filter and on the metal surrounding filter) and left some light oxidation on the unfished metal portion inside the exhaust port (a few light drip marks). These blemishes inside are merely cosmetic and will never be seen once installed. From the outside it looks like a regular new air handler. None of the electronic components were touched by any water and the coil looks fine. This listing is for the exact air handler shown. It includes filter, manual and bag with rubber fittings.

After payment we will ship your products with a freight trucking company strapped to a pallet and shrink wrapped for safety of your order. Please allow 7 to 10 days to arrive.

If your shipment is going to a business address, a semi truck has to be able to gain access to the business and it cannot be in a residential area.
If your shipment is going to the trucking company distribution center, they will call you when shipment arrives. Your system in most cases will fit in a small pickup truck, SUV or van.
If your shipment is going to a residential address, it is vital that you are present when shipment arrives. The Trucking Company will call you before delivery. Liftgate service is available by request.
It is important that you open or remove the box and inspect all equipment pieces you purchased from us. Budgetsavers takes every precaution to package your items properly for shipment. It is possible that small dents or dings to the cabinets could be found. In this situation you should note the damage on the trucking bill of lading and accept the shipment. Minor flaws are cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the system or warranty. In the event that major damage is evident, BE SURE to note the damage on the trucking bill of lading and accept the shipment.

We recommend and strongly encourage you to have the system installed by a knowledgeable professional. Regardless of who installs your equipment it must be charged and started by a licensed company or individual.
